Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 8 June 2026

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Verbo subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions

2. Free Trials

Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and your payment method will be charged. You can cancel at any time during the trial to avoid charges.

3. Cancelling

4. Refunds

Because the Service is a digital subscription that is provided immediately and on an ongoing basis, fees for a billing period are generally non-refundable once that period has started. We may, at our discretion, issue a refund or credit — for example where the Service was materially unavailable due to our fault, or a charge was clearly made in error.

5. Your Statutory Rights (UK Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the UK, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a purchase. By subscribing and starting to use the Service, you request that we begin providing it immediately and acknowledge that:

Nothing in this policy affects your non-excludable statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend access until payment succeeds. If payment remains unpaid, we may cancel the subscription.

7. Price Changes

We may change prices on a prospective basis. Any change applies from your next renewal, and we will give you notice before it takes effect. You can cancel before the change applies if you do not agree.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or ask a billing question, contact us at [email protected] with your account email and the charge details. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.
