Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using Verbo. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Breaching this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. General Conduct
You must not use the Service to:
- break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe anyone’s rights;
- generate or publish content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, or that promotes violence or discrimination;
- infringe intellectual property rights, including by reproducing third-party content without the right to do so;
- impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation;
- upload or transmit malware, or attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service.
2. Content & SEO Practices
Verbo is built for legitimate content marketing. You must not use it to:
- publish deliberately deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content (for example fake reviews or false claims);
- engage in search-engine spam or manipulative tactics that violate the guidelines of Google or other search engines (e.g. cloaking, doorway pages, deceptive redirects, scaled content abuse);
- mass-publish low-value content to domains you do not own or control;
- generate content for regulated topics (such as medical, legal, or financial advice) without the appropriate review, qualifications, and disclaimers;
- create content that exploits, sexualises, or endangers minors, or that facilitates illegal goods or services.
3. Connected Accounts & Publishing
- You may only connect and publish to websites and accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
- You must hold all necessary rights and permissions for any property you connect to Verbo.
- You must comply with the terms of any third-party platform you publish to.
4. Platform Integrity
You must not:
- attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or access controls;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as permitted by law;
- share your account or resell access without our written permission;
- use automated means to overload our infrastructure or that of our providers.
5. Third-Party AI Provider Rules
Content generation relies on third-party AI providers. You must also comply with their usage policies, which prohibit, among other things, the generation of illegal content and certain high-risk uses.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches and may remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts. Where we believe unlawful activity has occurred, we may report it to the relevant authorities.
